• In developing this identity for boutique property development company NJC we were inspired by the idea that every project starts at the same fixed point but is then tailored to solve its unique problems. Using the plan line as a visual device we created a system that allowed the brand’s identity to adapt to its collateral the way NJC adapts to projects of every kind and scale, and capture the energy of possibility contained within that initial gesture.

    A playful suite of colours, architectural photography and a tailored wordmark all work together to reference the nature of NJC’s business while keeping collateral fun and engaging.
