CLICK CLICK is my thesis project, which corporates with a business consultant of Chinese Merchant Bank to create a concept e-commerce site for the future Chinese online shoppers.
The biggest problem of Chinese e-commerces is the online retailers do not put the customers on the real first position. The complicated shopping process makes customer lost their point of view, and lack of personalization. In order to keep the customer loyalty, the shopping site should be a “consumer-centric” concept; the brand value must be reflected in the relationship between brand and consumer. In order to survival from the deluge of online retailors, a successful shopping site not only have to simplify its purchasing process, but also must remember individuals to make meaningful recommendations.
