    Emphasizing their bold and unique space in the residential real estate world, the logo was crafted to be a seal of approval, signifying objective, trustworthy in-depth research and analysis. A custom-drawn typeface gives the brand space for new ideas to turn into new divisions with ease, and a bright and balanced color palette, inspired by their Southern California roots, works with illustrative icons to keep things interesting.
