  • We Are here to present you our third exhibition about BEASTS.
We are DOT and this is our third exhibition after two exhibition full of great artworks in different fields.

Feel the beat in your chest, beat your chest like a beast, free the rage like a beast,
Free the beast from its cage.
Before you watch, you must know now that you are in the nature of the beasts.
    ..
“There are many types of monsters that scare me: Monsters who cause trouble without showing themselves, monsters who abduct children, monsters who devour dreams, monsters who suck blood... and then, monsters who tell nothing but lies. Lying monsters are a real nuisance: They are much more cunning than others. They pose as humans even though they have no understanding of the human heart; they eat even though they've never experienced hunger; they study even though they have no interest in academics; they seek friendship even though they do not know how to love. If I were to encounter such monsters, I would likely be eaten by them... because in truth, I am that monster.”

How was the Concept inspired for your work?
I thought the concept was going into a sort of epic visión, I like to think about what are the first ideas that pop up, cause I think these ones are the classic ones or the ones influenced by the daily content we see in the web, after that I think of a more personal way of approaching the concept, so I can give it a personal touch without getting myself out of the stream.
I like a lot the topics about the origins of life, the soul and spirits and personal exploration and growth, in that way I like to bring up a battle between monsters oriented into what we really have to face when we have a battle, how we all reflect into our daily live problems (or I may say opportunities) and how at the end is a confrontation with ourselves, that's the main idea of the illustration I créate and that's why I like to accompany it with a short text about the battle between these two beings.

How did you see the exhibiton by word about the beasts? What did you think about the exhibition?
Its exciting to be in a project where different artists are going to créate a piece base don the same concept, is a way of looking how we all have different roots, cultures, visions, ways of interpretations, styles and artistic expression and philosophy.

Has the artwork been completed once by work? Or were sketches drawn before working in the artwork?
I thought about the concept as described before and made this rain of ideas just in my mind, then I créate a sketch of the composition, I made a few adjustments but it eventually went right the way into clean line art and color.

How long did it take to complete this artwork?
Trying to be precise I would say 18 hours.
I just would  like to thank the team for letting me be part of the exhibition, its an honor and a pleasure.
