Wavehill Academy is a multi-purpose building that contains an auditorium, classrooms, laboratories and residences. This proposal is inspired by the fluidity and freedom of wind which is a very prominent experience of the hill site. The building is elevated off the ground with a forest of columns that allows the volume of the building to flow up and down freely. The experience of nature is further emphasized by the closure of reflective glass, where the movement of the surrounding trees and the interior activity of the occupants are superimposed. Wind cannot be seen except in the reflection of the movement of other objects. In this case, the building hides itself with reflections of nature on the exterior, and it is made visible only through the movement of people from the interior.
