The five sub-brands are arleady existing programs that the MWA has been working on for a while. Their efforts not only stretch to nurturing eco-friendly habits and developing a relationship with the people and their waterfront but also mantaining a resillient future architecture for the docks around the city and also aiding the existing working docks that provide us with necessary services for the city to run seamlessly.

Potential usage of banners would be to as a wayfinding system that starts in the street with the main banners and then takes you to the waterfront. In the waterfront the sub-brand system would come to work by designating different banners for the respective organization of service provided by the MWA. An Example would be Blue Higways which would be designated to ferry service in the tri-state area.

Harlem river Boathouse is an existing boathouse in New York that gives clases and has team-builiding activities that can be shared with friends and family. This is how ideally the implementation of the banners would look like.
