WATER LEVEL RISING PROJECTIONS ACCORDING TO FEMA
The general idea is not to stop the water, but to project its flow and create places that could be use either with or without water. Under this concept the city will have water but it would be in planned spaces. Moreover, the water will be clean and will not raze with everything along the streets and carry garbage and diseases.
Building roof - Explanade connected with the higher level of the slope
The explanade leaves open and protected places for people to enjoy going into the water, for leisure or studying purposes.
It also mantains the access of the building vailable, when the building is under the water.

The pier has many exterior places for outside activities, generates different levels for sports and terraces for amazing views

Between the pier structure marine ecology will grow protected from the current.
Protected pools and Aquariums submerge into the water and between the pile structure

After the sea level rising the building can still work under the water and it will be connected to the slope through the explanade.
